At Y2K Wave, we want you to love your retro aesthetic, but if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
